Your Realtor should be able to guide you thru the homebuying process step by step and your Lender should be able to explain the lending process as well making sure you understand your numbers and how much money you will need at closing. Your inspector should be able to conduct a full inspection and provide you with a detailed report and findings so you can make a better informed decision.
