There are a few things to keep in mind when preparing to sell your home.
- Make a list of big ticket items, such as A/C and roof. List how old these items are and gather any warranties you may have for them.
- Do your own walk thru and note repairs that may need to be done, such as patching holes, replacing cracked tiles etc. or have a home inspection done.
- De-Clutter the house ! Buyer needs to picture the house with their items in the closets.
- Remove any items you want to take with you before listing the house.
- Clean the house thoroughly.
