Whether you are applying for any DPA I recommend all you buyers out there to take a Homebuyer Education Class . This class will provide you with alot of information on the homebuying process. I do live Real Estate Presentations and I know that when I am done I have given those potential buyers great tips and information so they can make informed decisions when they are ready to purchase their home.
