It is likely that in 2017 the market will remain to be a seller’s market. Hope is on it’s way and experts predict that in 2018-2019 buyer will have more choices. In the meantime buyers have to be realistic when submitting an offer on a property that they like. A buyer may need to think twice before offering less than the asking price especially when demand is hot and properties are scarce. Sellers will turn away and look elsewhere because they know they can and most likely will receive a better and higher offer
